Canopy

A local-first macOS agent platform that makes safe autonomy effortless for people who never touch a terminal.

What it is

A local-first macOS agent platform (Tauri/Rust + React/Three.js, roughly 30K lines) that wraps an autonomous-agent runtime behind a zero-config, gamelike GUI. Users never touch Docker, terminals, or API keys.

Designed and built solo, 0 to 1.

Safety architecture

Safety was built in from the start rather than bolted on: the system was red-teamed across seven attack vectors, uses a "narrative quarantine" to contain indirect prompt injection, and routes spending through a deterministic payment gateway that a prompt cannot talk its way past.

TODO before publishing

This page is scaffolding. Fill in: the seven attack vectors and what each one broke, how narrative quarantine works in practice, and why the payment gateway is deterministic rather than model-mediated. Then record the demo and set page.media.src.
